1.主导企业压铸件结构改善、模具方案审核与最终方案确定;

2.负责公司压铸工艺的审定,确定关键压铸工艺流程;

3.负责压铸模具与工艺过程改善,零件一次合格率改善达到95%;

4.负责整个工艺部门管理、制度制定与完善;

5.组织对压铸技术问题进行研发攻关,消除制约公司战略实施的技术瓶颈,解决现场压铸工艺难题,整体提升公司压铸技术管理水平;

6.完成上级领导交代的其他工作。


【Entry Qualifications】

1.铸造或者机械专业等相关专业大专及以上学历;

2.有8年以上压铸模具优化或者压铸模具设计经验,精通铝合金压铸工艺、熟悉模具设计者优先;

3.有大型压铸上市企业或头部模具企业设计工作经验者优先;

4.具有新能源汽车压铸电控壳体(OBC、逆变器)、二合一或者多合一电机壳体、中小型结构件改善经验或者模具设计经验者优先。
